Automation Solutions from myTEM
Three installation technologies. One system.
WIRED
Robust CAN bus with high operational reliability and fast data transmission. Scalable as needed via expansion modules in the control cabinet—for new construction and renovation projects.
WIRELESS
Wireless installation via Z-Wave, without cable runs and without interfering with the building structure. Compatible with Z-Wave components from other manufacturers—for modernization during ongoing operations.
FREE TOPOLOGY
Flexible tree structure with minimal installation effort, up to 500 meters and 50 nodes per strand. Connected via the FT Base module—for large buildings and campuses.
HYBRID SYSTEM
All three technologies can be combined in a single project—using a single control logic. Each part of the building receives the connection that makes the most sense there, both technically and economically. You can connect up to twelve servers via Ethernet to form a multi-server system.
Residential and Multi-Family Properties
Comfort and Efficiency Throughout the Entire Life Cycle
myTEM integrates lighting, shading, indoor climate, ventilation, and security into a single control platform—across all building systems rather than as isolated solutions operating side by side. This lowers energy consumption during operation and reduces the need for manual intervention by both residents and building management. Project planning is done using the myTEM ProgTool, and adjustments can be made without changing systems and without being tied to a specific manufacturer. This ensures that the installation remains expandable throughout its entire lifecycle and preserves the property’s value.

Functional and Commercial Buildings
Lower Operating Costs While Maintaining Full Quality of Use
myTEM controls lighting, shading, heating, and ventilation fully automatically and across all building systems—while allowing for manual intervention at any time. Existing building systems are integrated—rather than replaced—via open interfaces such as DALI, Modbus, and common network protocols. Up to twelve servers can be connected via Ethernet to form a single system, distributed across floors and building sections. This allows the same system to be used for everything from a single retail store to a multi-story office building—and reduces operating costs without compromising the quality of use.
